Webinar on ‘Disability, Diversity and Inclusion’

The Faculty of History of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow is organising, as part of the activities of the Equality and Diversity Working Group, a webinar on good practices in academic education for people with various disabilities, entitled ‘Disability, diversity and Inclusion’. The webinar will take place on Friday 28 April, 12 – 1:30 pm CEST.
The webinar will consist of three parts: in the first part, the Jagiellonian University Accessibility Centre will present good practices in adapting the educational process to the needs of people with various disabilities. In the second part, the Centre for Student Support and Adaptation, which provides assistance to people with mental disorders, will be presented. Finally, a colleague from the Institute of History of the Jagiellonian University will talk about innovative methods of working with visually impaired people. There will be time for questions and answers with the three presenters and exchange of experiences.
The webinar is open to anyone in the higher education sector interested in these issues, whether they are members of the Coimbra Group or not. The webinar link will be sent to all registered attendees. Registrations are open here until Friday 28 April 10 am CEST.
