Mailing lists

The Coimbra Group has separate mailing lists for members, affiliates, partners, the Coimbra Group newsletter, and events. These lists include the contact details (name, email address, and position) of each organisation’s relevant personnel. These lists are stored and managed by the Coimbra Group Office and are used to send information that is targeted to the Coimbra Group members, affiliates, and/or partners.
For each of the above-mentioned databases, it is the responsibility of the contacts to inform the Coimbra Group Office (info@coimbra-group.eu) when information should be updated or removed altogether.

Newsletter

The newsletter form collects your email address on an SSL online secured server on CampaignMonitor.com. We only use the data for sending our newsletter, never for any other purpose. Scholarship Programmes

The information that we collect through the scholarship programme forms are stored on an SSL secured server on the company OVH.
A copy of your data is only sent to the university for which you apply.
Feel free to contact us if you wish to obtain more information about your stored data and/or you want us to delete them.

How can you access and update your information?

We provide individuals with the opportunity to access, review, update, and delete any Personal Data we hold. You can send an email to info@coimbra-group.eu for this purpose.
