28 February 2019
Jagiellonian University Kraków
At the General Assembly in Salamanca on 1st of June 2018, the Jagiellonian University extended an invitation to hold the 2019 Annual Conference in Kraków. We have received the following welcoming message from our hosts of this year’s Annual Conference:
The Jagiellonian University has the great honour and pleasure to welcome you all to the historical city of Kraków and the premises of our university where from 5 to 7 June 2019 we will be hosting the Coimbra Group’s Annual Conference, with working group meetings, public conference, Rectors’ meeting and General Assembly.
We are looking forward to welcoming all the distinguished representatives of the 39 ancient and prestigious European universities and to discussing issues which, we believe, are of particular importance for the future of European and global academia. In recognition of the key importance of inclusiveness and equal opportunities as key values of European universities, we have chosen “Women in the University – the past, the present and the future” as the theme of our public conference.
We believe that you will have a wonderful time in Kraków, one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in Central Europe, proud of both its heritage and its contribution to the future of Europe.
We look forward to meeting you in Kraków in June.
Please register here.
Deadline for registration is 30 April 2019
